In order to emphasize the environment for a new Los Angeles burger joint, the interior environment of Built creates an intimate and interactive experience for customers that uses assembly and craft as inspiration to articulate the experience of seeing your burger materialize from fresh ingredients to the perfect savory bite.

Horizontality is articulated from the walls to the ceiling in order to create a relationship between the customer and the experience using accented lines, transitions in materials, and angular geometries. While wood paneling and concrete surfaces compose the majority of the space, white brick walls are exposed in strategic areas revealing art that sets the mood for a casual and personally crafted experience.
